On June 13, 2015, after nearly one month of M&EA installtion, Viettech Vietnam Corporation handed over the 1st first Phase of SS Keg Line to ABI Binh Duong Brewery. This line has a capacity of 120 keg per hour (2,400 liters / hour). The product is Draught Beer with the world famous US brands such as Budweiser & Beck’s.
1st Phase has completed the installation of machinery, equipment, piping, tanks, electricity, power control, automation; connected to the piping system and control system of the factory. However, the extraction of beer and CIP for the filling process was temporary connected to the beer pipies and CIP pipes of Bottle Filler ang Can Filler through the piping panel.
2nd Phase to be installed in early October 2015 when the measurement equipment, wich imported from EU / Germany arriving to Vietnam. The expected completion time of this project is mid-October 2015. Then the Keg Line will run 100% automatically.
Previously, on April 26, 2015, Viettech Vietnam Corporation had won the tender package for supplying pipes, valves, measurement devices, electrical works & automation works for this Keg line. The Filler, Flash Pastuerizer and Pure Steam Generator for KHS, Alfa Laval and Spirax Sarco were purchased by ABI.
